RCM Policies

  • Initial consultation fees and estimates are free of charge
  • Most pre-existing designs can be modified within reason at no additional cost, full payment is due prior to proof preparation
  • Full custom designs are billed prior to beginning the design, pricing is dependent upon detail and consultation review and includes 1-2 initial draft designs for review and up to 3 reworks of the design to final output. (Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees)
  • All proof copies will be emailed/messaged with an RCM wordmark visible. Once the proof is approved, the wordmark will be removed for printing.
  • Once the custom design is approved, full payment is due for the printed products desired – Once full payment is received, the design along with the personalization information will be set up for proof approval. (All items must be purchased with printed personalization information – no design shall be printed as a blank printable item)
  • Proofs inclusive of custom design and personalization will be provided to client electronically for review. Client understands that all submitted proofs should be thoroughly reviewed for accuracy of date/time/addresses/phone numbers, names/venue spellings, general layout/grammatical writings, design aesthetics, QR codes, etc. Proofs will not be sent to print until written consent and approval is received from the client via email and/or messenger.
  • All custom designs become the property of RCM and may be resold as a pre-existing design in our Etsy store. (all personalization information and details will be changed prior to listing items for sale)
  • Some printed items will include RCM’s Dragonfly logo on the back of the product, unless otherwise asked to remove the logo
  • Items are sent to print within 24 hours from received approval. Once the printing process has begun, the items cannot be pulled back for revision.
  • Printed items approved by client are not eligible for refund.
  • Clients understand that any item created by RCM should be purchased for personal use only, and not resale.
  • RCM reserves the right to choose not to create any design that is not in line with RCM’s core values.
